Action Appliance was quick to come out and repair my washer on a Friday night. The repairman was friendly and efficient. It was obvious that he had years of experience in this field. I would absolutely recommend him and use him again if the need arises.

I had used Action Appliance to repair my washer a few years ago, and they did such a good job then, at such a great price, that I decided to use them again recently when I needed my fridge repaired.. When I called and explained the problem with them, they quoted me a price range of what they thought it might be, depending on what they found when they arrived. Because it did need to be repaired, they did not charge me a trip charge, and their price came in a little below what they had actually quoted me over the phone. They showed up on time, and were quick and efficient in fixing the problem. I would definitely call them again if I need any other appliances fixed.

I needed my washing machine repaired. They came out at the exact time they said they would and were very courteous. They were concerned about my problem and got right on to fixing the machine. they were great, come out fast, told me my washer was on its last leg and I should get a new one. there ads say no trip charge with parts and labor , so I didn't mind paying a small trip charge,compared to all the other guys, they want so much more for coming out .

My five year old gas Maytag dryer quit putting out any heat. When I called Action Appliance, they said they gave me a two hour window that they would be to my home and they arrived in the time they said. No waiting around all day for a repairman that may or may not show up. When Stan came to my home, he gave me an estimate, so that I could decide if I wanted to repair the dryer or replace it all together. The cost to replace the solenoids was less than half the cost of the dryer, so we chose to repair. He had the replacement parts in his truck--no waiting for them to ship from somewhere. He was efficient and quick. We were back to drying clothes that afternoon. AND for an additional $10 he fixed the gasket on my very old freezer. We had been taping the freezer door shut with duct tape and now we can just open and close at will. I will definitely be calling Action Appliance again! (He even showed me what to do, if the gasket starts curling out of place again.) I found out that if I had chosen to replace the dryer rather than repair, he would have only charged me $40 to come to my home to diagnose the problem in house. Others I have talked to charge upwards of $75 for this service. It is hard to diagnose a gas dryer over the phone. I really appreciate Action Appliance's integrity and professionalism.

Our refrigerator's ice maker was leaking, called Action Appliance at approximately 1:30pm. and they said they could send out a repairman between 2:00pm - 4:00pm. Stan, the owner himself, arrived a 3:00pm the same day. Stan explained the options available of repairing and keeping the old vs. installing a new one. Very different than most who want to sell you a new part only. I went with a new part anyway, but I was impressed he gave me the option. Total cost of the repair including the new part was $175. I am very pleased with the total experience and will definitely use them in the future for any appliance repairs.

Repairman gave estimate of cost of job after he checked the dryer for areas of concern. He told me he would do that. Once he had checked out everything and I ok'd his finding he got right to work replacing the burned out heating coil . He not only replaced the coil, but also cleaned out the wiring and totally wiped out all the built up lint in the back of the dryer and also the lint filter shaft while he was at it. I had been worried about the build-up. Now everything works great and looks like new! He was fast and thorough . Great job! And he was nice about explaining things as he went along.

The flap to direct ice cubes into a glass would not open. Appropriate testing was done and it was determined that the switch was faulty and this could only be corrected by installing a whole new circuit board which was ordered and installed.

I was advised about the high cost of the new part necessary...but as that was a lot cheaper than buying a new fridge, I opted for the new part. It was ordered and when it arrived, the repair was made. I can't fault this repairman, or the company he represents, for anything. I will definitely call them again for appliance repairs.
